2. Services
Summit Lawn & Landscape Co. provides lawn maintenance, landscape design and installation, irrigation service, fertilization and hardscaping from our yard at 2845 Wilderness Place, Suite 120, Boulder, CO 80301. Service availability, routing days and pricing may change at any time.
3. Assumption of risk
Physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury. You represent that you are physically able to participate and agree to assume all risk associated with training at our facility. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
4. Memberships and billing
Service plan terms, billing dates and cancellation policies are provided in your service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, recurring maintenance plans renew automatically until cancelled in writing.
5. Communications consent
By submitting a form on this site you consent to be contacted by Summit Lawn & Landscape Co. by phone, email and SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
6. Conduct
Clients agree to provide safe crew access to the property and to treat our staff and equipment with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for behavior that endangers or disrupts our team.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including programming, text, images and branding, is the property of Summit Lawn & Landscape Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Summit Lawn & Landscape Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services or this website.
